Sagano Scenic Railway, also known as Arashiyama Romantic Train.
I wish I could have get a better picture to show the experience, but I just can't coordinate my hand and eyes to enjoy the scenery while snapping photos.
It's a crowded train though.

One of the building that withstand the Atomic bomb blast in Hiroshima, the A-Bomb Dome. Right next to the Genbaku-Dome Mae Tram station.
Taking the time to enjoy historical visit in between the Shinkansen rushing.

Gunkanjima Island, also called Battleship Island. Known in Japanese as Hashima Island.
It used to be a seabed coal mine since 1810, fully industrialized in 1890, and finally shut down in 1974 and the mine was closed. It was opened for tourism since 2009, and quickly became one of the must-visit in Nagasaki.
Well, Google the rest.

What's better than a cat? Island full of cats 🐱🐯 .

I think the cats must really hate us since we didn't bring any food. Oh well, the locals didn't allow us to feed them anyway.

So wife found out about this Halal Yakiniku Restaurant, and it's actually one of the preferred restaurant by Tun Mahathir, whenever he is in Tokyo.
The restaurant just underwent a renovation and today is their first day of operation.
Sumiyakiya Nishiazabu. The halal menu is a little bit more expensive than non-halal, but I guess if you want to taste Japanese Yakiniku then this is the place.

The first adventure is trying to figure out which line is by which train company and going to which station.
Luckily some local guy help to guide us. And by guy I mean an old man, speaking perfect English, while I'm trying to speak in Japanese, blending in.
