Well maintained colonial mansion, there’s a feel like mat saleh’s ‘Raja Putih’ like those in the movies. Drivers are waiting around the lobby to take you anywhere you want. Halal foods are served in the canteen and Futsal almost everyday. .

I wish I could go for the the 200 Kyats circular train trip which would take about 3 hours to complete. But just can’t afford the trip due to time limitation.
Almost 70% of the Shwedagon Pagoda is gold plated. On the top of it is called the Diamond Orb, encrusted with 4,351 diamonds. There are also about 2000 assorted gems around it. ‘The umbrella’ consist of 83,850 jewellery with 4,016 gold bells, weighing in total of 5 tons. .

The mosque I found while wandering around alone. There’s a church opposite the mosque, and not far from there is a temple.
The mosque looks like well established and adequately maintained.
I wish I could get more info but most are very limited in English.
I was told that this is the Muslim neighborhood. Almost all restaurant in Daw Thein Tin street is Halal. Most are Chinese Muslim restaurant.
The petrol station in Yangon. Ron95 is 760 kyat per litre, which would be about RM 5.00 per litre.
